FAQ

1 Do I need to order my cupcakes or else in advance? if you are ordering one to three boxes of cupcakes you should make your order 24 hours in advance minimum. You can put your order according to our calendar. All dates marked with green have at least one free order space. If it is marked with red it means that day is already full with orders and you have to choose another date.
2 Can I call or e-mail to place my order? yes, you can call us or send an e-mail to make your order but we will start preparing your purchase only after payment which you can make on our website
3 Do I need to pre-pay? yes, we confirm your order only after you make the payment on our web-site.
4 Can I order a special order? yes. If you want to order something different then we have on our website, you can give us a call or send an e-mail. We will discuss everything and see what we can do for you.
5 Do you deliver? temporarily, we do not deliver our products. You can pick up your order at Nova Harfa complex where our bakery is located. You have to give us a call when you arrive.
6 When can I pick up my order? We have three pick up times. 12:00PM, 15:00 PM, 18:00 PM. On each green date in calendar you can see free pick up time if there is any left.
7 How do I store my cupcakes? If you are going to serve your cupcakes not the same day as you pick them up, you should store them in a refrigerator and take them out 2 hours before serving (they need to be room temperature)
8 Where do I pick up my cupcakes? Our bakery is temporarely located in Nova Harfa complex (Vysocany, Prague 9, Podkovarska Tram Stop, Yellow Metro Line). Please, give us a call when you arrive.
9 Do you offer catering service? Yes, we do offer catering service for weddings, parties, receptions, etc. Our catering service includes only sweet table with decorations (optional).
